Support and Upgrades
All purchases include a full years unlimited technical support and upgrades. All support calls are to either a lo-call or normal rate UK based telephone number.
Support is available during normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (GMT). Support outside these hours is available by prior agreement.

Support is not just for problems, support enables us to help you with all kinds of issues such as showing you how to get the most out of Job Tracker Professional ,helping you with template designs and keeping you up to date with the latest version of our software.
On-Going Support
After your free support period has expired there are two options available for you to acquire technical support.
1) Ad-Hoc Support £65.00 per incident. *
2) Annual Support Contract. ** (Call us for costs)
* Payment is required prior to start of support.
** Support issues must be resolved before contracted support will be offered.
